How can I fix this?

I see your map dimensions are 265^3, you should read the fCraft wiki if you're not sure how to use commands.

fCraft Wiki
If any dimension is not a multiple of 16 (e.g. 16, 32, 48, 64, etc), there will be invisible blocks and a LOT of visual glitches.
Try 256.

When I set the world to 256 and I try to join crashes my xWOM.. ;(

You need to make a new world that is 256x256x256.
The early bird gets the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.

if 256 crashes your WoM, you need to install Java 6 and uninstall Java 7.

Minecraft classic doesn't work very well with Java 7 at all!
