Permissions with fcraft

Hello everyone out there, I am needing a bit of knowledge with fcrafts commands and protection.
Not saying I am much of a noob to fcraft, I have successfully installed the server.
These are my following ranks of the server (Regular,builder,advbuilder,architect,engineer,trusted,operator,superop,admin,founder,host/owner)
I have planned alot of what it takes to be promoted to these staff related ranks,
but as a good question, which of these ranks should have commands like ban,banip,kick (basicly risky related commands) I was thinking trusted has kick and operator
has ban and superop has banip so what other of risky commands should I make sure other ranks don't have?
