So I've searched the forums and found the other threads posted about this. But my minecraft version is from the site, and paid for, so why am I getting this error? I use both my internal IP and my loop back when trying to connect from the host machine and it gives me the Unexpected OP code error..

It's possible that you are trying to connect to an fCraft server (made for Minecraft Classic) with a modern/premium Minecraft client.
