today doctor_gypsyking (builder) said to me he can't join builder worlds, so i try to bring him to builder world but i wasn't possible. He ask me to re-promoted him, so i did. After that he was still not able to join a builder world.
Also what he said is that he use a mac and don't use WoM. And when he join a builder world it load's after that it show a black screen.

Double check the access permissions. (Get a supop+ to help you with that.)

Judging by his last sentence, access is not not the issue. Can he load any other world? Such as guest, contest or whatever? Because this sounds like another memory issue to me, and not a bug.

Make sure he's using the newest version of WoM, then again he's using a Mac so he might aswell give up
