Builders and Patrolling

Ok so earlier we had issues with builders. they were kicking and were not warning and they were patrolling with like 10 vets on. what can we do for this? 
Warn them about power abuse.
And that they have to warn before kick. Or even beter dont kick at all.
If they dont comply with your warning, kick them.
Notify supop+ when they come online, or PM a supop+ on the forums,
with the details and if you can chatlog.
