i want to make a new world that will be and designed to b a jail for people acussed of something until claim against them has been decided upon releaseing the person back into normal servers or banning the person with the whole are zoned with a new rank criminal which are to have no powers and cannot build or destroy until released

I want a lot of things but they don't happen.

Also, "jails" take up player slots, Why have a player who doesn't obey the rules, on the server taking up slots for those who do want to play?

After the first kick you shoulve realized not to do it again.
Edit: Also this applies to everyone else , there shouldn't be a need for a jail . That would just take up space and be a bigger hassle, And most of all, useless.
