World of Minecraft 'Dump Level' Problem

Okay, I Dumped the Battleships level but every time I load it on minecraft it loads very very slow (100 blocks a second) and has 334.4 million total blocks and thats a LOOOONG time to wait. Does anyone know if I did something wrong?

What server software are you using?
