You were denied. If you decide to make another post about it or antagonise us in other threads you will be banned from this forum.
You seem to think unbanning you is our obligation. You were caught for grief, you used the brother story, and then you abused one of our admins. You are NOT getting unbanned. We serve people like you NO obligation or God-given right to be unbanned so that THIS as a life lesson; You are NEVER in the position to make demands unless YOU are the boss, which in this case you are the exact opposite of.
