Hey I made a serverr with the FCraft software, how do i give my bot stuff to say?

If you are talking about periodic chat announcements, enable "Show announcements" checkbox in ConfigTool, and click "Edit Announcements" (or edit the "announcements.txt" file). One random line from the file is shown each time.

If you were talking about something else, please be more specific.
