Promotion for youngblood32

I was recently promoted to builder for a house that i made..
the only problem was that when i logged back on they realized that i have a previously owned account that is called 'nbonnar' that is a horrible account that was my first. i've now realized that i have not listened to the rules on nbonnar and that i had a bad rep so i thought that instead of continueing on my user with a bad rep. that i would instead start a new user and start all over again by acting nicer and not griefing.they seemed not to care and demoted me anyways.
i am sencerly sorry for the way i acted in nbonnar and would like to be re-promoted in youngblood32 and to be allowed to continue being youngblood32.. Please accept my apology.
