Add an additional parameter to /worlds

Add a parameter that enables filtering by first letter.
It would seem particularly useful for fCraft's hidden worlds, there're so many they just don't fit on the screen (and I have to check my WoM logs to see the actual, full list).
Suggested syntax (example)
/worlds all a* - displays all worlds starting with the letter a, including hidden worlds
/worlds a* - as above, but excluding hidden worlds
