Map help

Hai! Thanks in advance for reading this post, all help you can post is appreciated.
Well, I got on today, all ready to pixel. I was going to start in pixelart21, as directed by an operator for pixel builds. However, upon entering said map, I ran into an obstruction of sorts; as I was a guest, I couldn't build in pixelart21. I asked for help from the higher ranks on the server, but got no feedback whatsoever. So, I'm left here posting on the forum, asking this; Is there anyway I can get to pixel in pixelart21? There's a perfect spot there that I was hoping to place my pixel in. My pixel is too big for guest, so I can't pixel it there.
