[DUPE] Bypassing world permission

[KingCrab]

Anyone who has access to map editing can override a map permission by unloading the map and reloading.

I.E:

Map "secrets" is Trustee+ to access.
I unload map "secrets"
I reload the map and set the build/access permission as SupOp.
The world permission has changed.
