If so did the agreement specify the selling of properties after being purchased by the tenant from
the owner of Riverdale or the land manager of Riverdale??

If the tenant wishes to leave the community of Riverdale was there any agreement on how this process should be done?

No there hasn't. I don't mind him LEAVING that much, but I DO mind random people living in my town. I require people who want to leave to tell me and remove locked chests from the town. I don't expect people to SELL their properties, so no, there hasn't been an agreement on how to do so. And what do you mean by "written and oral agreement"?
