IP BANNED WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN JUST ACCOUNT

my sister got banned on her jessica8 acc and then she made another one just to go online to teckon11 (in reality her cousin) she doesnt understand the rules and is only 7 years old from this ban led to another and then the ip!! i would like to have the ip unbanned and have all my sisters acounts banned to teach her a lesson rather than punishing every1 else for her mistake which is fair i will make sure she makes no more accounts and her and her cousin will have to go on a different server to play! i like going on fcraft and having fun and talking to others but i cant when the ip is banned (which was unfair) i know whe got a chance to go oflline and appeal but i was only letting kevin know what she does and asking him not to ban the ip (which he did).
