Hello all I have been roaming the internet in search of a laptop that's cheap with the best specs i can get and also reliable, as i will want it to last atleast 5 years. The one i am currently looking at is a Sager NP9130 (Link below) with 8 gigs ram, awesome processor and graphics card, and good price/reliability. The loadout i had cost about 1143$ with Windows 7. http://www.xoticpc.com/sager-np9130-cle ... -4340.html
I'm in need of second opinions and help deciding, anyone's help is appreciated

What's stopping you from getting a desktop?
You could get a decent desktop for that.
For starters... That Sager/Clevo has a Geforce 670M, which is a rebadged chip and would be the same as a desktop Geforce 560 right down to the 40nm fabrication process (It's not even as fast as a 560Ti).
The processor on the other hand isn't even a quad core, it's a dual core.
Good luck getting 5+ years out of a dual core...
I would get a desktop and a Netbook for that much if you absolutely must have a portable PC for work/school/porn reasons, something like a $250 EEEPC would be fine (Set aside about $20 for a Broadcom Crystal HD chip to play HD video).
That would then leave you with about $900 for a decent desktop that you can upgrade when you need the extra performance, I'm talking dropping $200~ on a new GPU in a couple years time to run games at high settings again.

<@hafnium> Fuck off
My laptop is a Clevo W150HRQ. I originally considered getting it from Sager (or a sager-rebranding system builder like xoticPC) like yourself, but after some digging around I found a company called Mythlogic, which I ended up ordering from. They're a small boutique system builder that has very high quality control, unlike Sager, and has much better configuration options generally (also I got mine cheaper than Sager offered). They're one of the few system builders that use Clevo barebones systems rather than rebranding sager machines. Their customer service is also amazing.
