Long messages from server to IRC get cut off after a certain amount of characters. in addition, too-long messages from /Me display the actual IRC commands instead of a properly formatted message.

- /Snap - Like /Line but only draws straight or diagonal lines.

Yeah... IRC has a message size limit. I should probably check it.
