Well, I am a Buddhist and that sign means peace for Buddhists. I had no intentions for the swastika at all and am terribly sorry. But if you do not forgive me I understand.

I banned you for building a swastika.

And, I don't really believe what you are saying in your appeal.
However, we have that rule, that you are not allowed to build swastikas, doesn't metter in what intension it was built. You should have read them before you play on our servers. I know that this religion got that symbol, but that does not free you from our rules.
