I get demoted because i wasn't reading the private messages? A guy was tearing down his house and i have no idea its his house. So i freeze him and ask is this your house and he never answers. So he starts to tear it down again!(so i kick him because i did warn him). But unknowingly intertoothh had "PM" me that thats his build. (I was not paying attention to the messages). So he freezes me...and he says you never ignore staff. I wouldn't have ignored him if i saw the message! I'm sorry...and i'm not perfect. i guess i have to read all the messages now.

But i want to make sure that we dont kick people for the wrong reasons.
Modding your own build, is a reason to kick.

Make darn sure it isn't there build.
Let them frozen if they wont reply to your chats.
unhide, stand infront of them, tell him how to chat if you see 0 message in his /info.
