Why should I be repromoted: well first off i don't know why i got demoted in the first place. I did not grief.. So i cant really go into detail with this becuase the reason was talk to me. I just logged on a half an hour ago and 2 hours ago i got demoted for not talking... I dont understand.

So, here's the breakdown:

• Looks like Fehzor found grief on veteran16 that was done by Ryanissoawesome. This accusation is based on BlockDB evidence (/bi).
• Fehzor banned and demoted you, as is standard procedure.
• Fehzor undid the damage that you've done.
• Fehzor wants to talk to you. Hopefully he'll read this forum post and explain the demotion in more detail
• If it's confirmed that you have griefed, I'd prefer if you remained permanently banned.
• We've decided to keep you demoted & banned. Appeal denied.

Alright. Here is what happened- Lunara found the grief, so I /bi'd it and banned/demoted you. I then /undox'd it, and found that what I first saw as grief moved back some. I kind of looked at it oddly, and then /undid that. I began to make out that you were pasting a build, not griefing, though I wasn't sure, so I thought I'd ask you whenever you got back, and decided to unban you so that you could come talk to me about it. Explain what it is you were trying to do, and if it lines up with what I think you were trying to do (that wasn't sneakily grief) then I'll unban/repromote you with a stern warning.

I am so sorry ryan. Your ban and demotion was my faliure. I know it was just an accident. It does not matter for me and i deleted the destroied tower then. So please Ollieboy unban ryan and repromote him please Fehzor. He was a good veteran and he never griefed, it was an accident. I am sure.

Oh ok i see... Maybe you are right. No you ARE right. This i really a stupid amount of blocks wich were cut from a veteran world. So then everything is ok again. I just thought his demotion was my fault... but it is his... allright.

He apologised, realized what he did was wrong, sucked it up and left. This matter is laid to rest. Hopefully he won't make the same mistakes on other servers.

Alright, first of all, I'd like to address the ridiculous amount of cutting. When I did /undox, I noticed that an entirely different build was transformed quite a bit, as he was, I presume, building, and he explained this to me in a PM. Seeing as that no one else got mad about their wooden build being cut up, I'm going to say that the cuts were not likely grief. I'd also like to point out that 1 cut was 2 blocks, which is kind of... nonsensical.

Now, the actual reason he was demoted, was for a bad paste that I thought was grief. Again, when I /undox'd him, I noticed that it undid the grief and redid the grief on a different build. This indicated that he used /undo to undo his paste over the build, and then attempted to move it. My guess here, is that he simply had a mispaste twice and didn't see it, or DC'd, or something.

I'm re-promoting him, on a sort of probation. If we find any more 'grief' from him on any worlds, he can be banned again with no chance to appeal.
