I was building a tank and one of the higher ranks Desosus came griefed my tank,blaimed me for the griefing and demoted me. name: stefanmoto

I'll save him the trouble. This is what happened:

I was patrolling and saw that someone had griefed the ground around some players build. Looked like either random block delete spam or he was trying to spleef someone. Did a /bi on it and found out that it was stefanmoto. The linked account on the ip is daremoto who was kicked a little earlier for spleefing so I demoted him, and used /undox to undo his grief.

He then said I griefed him, I teleported to him and saw that the /undox had undone some of the work on the thing he was building, which DreamingInsane was able to repair. According to Dreaming, he then proceeded to curse me out rather vehemently (though I wasn't there for that). He has since been kicked by lucky_pierre for griefing.
