i was demoted here is my appeal

I got demoted because i was accuse for using kick but what happend was that i saw arone something tunnel n grief so i froze him and sent him a private message with @(name) but when
TheMassBoss told me i did not warn him but at the time i did not knew what he was talking about so what happend after i froze him i let him go but again he tuneel so i just froze him but i did not told him nothing because i was talking to cartman(numbers) about how to rank to vet. Later i saw arone spawn block in a house so kick him ut Themassboss jump in to a conclusion that i did not warn him but i had forgoten what happend bebecause i dont try to remember who i kick. So this is my appeal and y i use @ to talk to people in private is 4 i can get their attention.

(i was accuse for abusing kick)
I was demoted unfairly because at the time i did not know what themastboss was talking about,but i understand it later so the problem was i was demoted for kick abuse without warn but i used private chat with @ so i can get their attention so i realize maybe themassboss never check that out so he thought i never warn him so he demoted me unfairly so i thats the reason im doing this appeal.Also if you can see private messages u will see i was also talking to cartmen something.
They guy i kick was tunelling2 after warn grifing and spamming

After checking, i saw that you did actually warn the player, in public.

My demotion was a bit "harsh", i should have checked better, as you were demoted wrongfully, i am going to give your rank back.
