[FIXED] /freeze typo
I attempted to freeze a builder (PartyPoison98) but it said I can "only freeze builder or lower. PartyPoison98 is rank builder". Bug maybe?

Also when i rankinfo veteran it says: freeze(guest).

Because some veterans freeze builders for any random reason imaginable so it was removed.

It is not a veteran's job to moderate a builder.

I think you guys are missing the main point here, which is the info text stating that one can only freeze builder and below while it fails with the message that the person in question is ranked builder. ;-)

The bug was in the way the message was printed, not in permissions themselves. It's fixed internally (r1006+)
