You were demoted for a very inappropriate build we found in a builder world that was in no doubt nsfw. It depicted a man with his pants down and a built penis using the bathroom out of both ends. As a builder you should know better than this. The build will be moved to nsfw and your warning is as follows:

Do not make inappropriate builds in worlds besides nsfw.

As it was not a big deal and the build was moved to nsfw, I see no problem in giving your rank back. Please be more careful in the future.
