Banned by hitgirl without kick for MISTAKEN rasicm

i would like to begin this appeal by saying i am not a racist and i personally hate racism

i have been banned without being kicked from the minecraft classic server by HitGirl because i wrote in text "suck meh pixie di** ya chubby coon" i was warned for racism and tried explaining that my text was not complete as i was not given time to put the apostrophe above the 'coon to make the word that i wanted to say which is Raccoon.

Hitgirl also allowed RossLJW to grief my text which i wouldn't have minded but he grieved the part that was not under debate as racism. if HitGirl wanted my text destroyed she should have gone by it by saying "Dannyb101 I will now be destroying your text as it can be viewed as racism in some cultures would you like to debate this matter?" then if i said no which i wouldn't have then she should have destroyed the text herself. Now many of you may be thinking well she cant destroy it herself as she has to moderate the server i respond to you by saying there is a simple command that can replace the blocks that i had written into air.

Hitgirl however did NOT follow correct procedure for my ban which is surprising given her rank. You (the Server host/owners) should be able to see this on your server logs at 16:26 on the 15th October 2011

however unlikely it may be i would like to see some disciplinary action to be taken against hitgirl for example a formal warning or demotion would be satisfactory also i do not require an apology and will not accept an apology in place of disciplinary action.

i would like to add a footnote that in the text on the word "di**" the *'s were represented as 5x5 squares

Good joke. Racism is treated with an instant ban on this server. She doesn't need to kick you in that case. I would consider rephrasing your appeal if you want to be unbanned, because the reasons you have given thusfar look nothing more than the sorry excuse of a troll. I am only replying in this thread because you directly attack a member of our staff, in which case outside interference in the form of yours truly is appropriate. Hit can have her say now

Are you literally kidding? You were a racist and you want Hit_Girl demoted? I don't even want Hit to have to deal with this, you're done here you obvious troll. "Coon" is offensive in more that one culture, just by the way, and I take huge offense to it. On behalf of Hit and MANY of the other members of the community, we're sorry our ideals didn't match, and we hope you have fun on another server.
