Moving a house doesn't equate to a giant ass /c air of the ground right down almost to the bedrock.
I could understand you moving a house for a guest, but that was a little extreme removing a large chunk of ground while you are at it after you had /cut the house.
Plus there was no need to use: /cut. You made the guest worry about his build disappearing.
In future if you are moving a build try and use: /copy
You also gain the benefit that if you happened to crash or disconnect unexpectedly... You won't loose the building.
Remember, don't abuse your commands ever. And especially not draw commands on the main world.
In future if you need help with this kind of thing... Ask an Op for assistance it's what we are here for.
As for your appeal... It's Accepted.
Just be careful from now on and use common sense.
