Wom: No clip is disabled?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, but since it isn't Fcraft it's not a bug with fcraft software. I hope :skeptical: anyways, my server isn't responding to no clip, on the cfg is there anyway i could of disabled it? any solutions? it's reallly annoying when ops are reviewing the get trapped in builds and get accused of griefing because they have to break their way out :?
