Border Land
I made a city by the border of the map and called it Border land. I have an area on the ground and an area above the water in the sky. I only have sky plots open at the moment and more are being added. I have a public nether portal and cobble generator for people who buy plots. I also spider proofed the entire town. When I get more people in the town I would like to expand it if possible. I have ten people, including me, in the town right now.
