reason: Repeated Griefing and Spamming

i was demoted 2 days ago for suspected abuse of power and then banned for random greifing first of all i didnt grief i was restoring buildings and when i fell into a huge hole on guest because of demotion i couldnt find an exit so i made one and resealed it and second of all i did not abuse powers i made a lava sphere yesterday on builder before demotion and it was not touching anything please unban me and re promote me for false claims and idiocy
