I have make a mistake... And im so sorry. please give me veteran back.. this is the only sever i have ... i have play 82hours for veteran.. 82= 4days 10h.. thats not little time.... and i was so happy as i become veteran.. i was amazing sad as i demote..

please give me veteran back..

You got demoted becouse you warned a player for griefing, and then you banned that player straigh away, without kicking.

When moderating anyone should follow the warn-kick-warn-kick-ban procedure, and i think you clearly know that, as you were following it by yourself.

However, supposing it was just a bad mistake, im going to give you a second chance, don't screw it up, next time you abuse your veteran powers, you are going to get demoted permanently, or, probably banned.
