I have been reading through all the forums again and i finally decided to take the effort to ask wtf are partials?

A way to make message longer in chat,
EX:
Your message followed by a space and a "/" will trigger the partial.
EX:
Code: Select all

Good thing to remember is /nvm will cancel a partial so you don't have to say something stupid to do something else.
