I have been reading through all the forums again and i finally decided to take the effort to ask wtf are partials?

A way to make message longer in chat,
EX:
Code: Select all
DreamingInsane:Well Hi Guys I just wanted to say I love your /
Partial: Well Hi Guys I just wanted to say I love your
DreamingInsane: Well Hi Guys I just wanted to say I love your server and wanted to be ranked up!
Your message followed by a space and a "/" will trigger the partial.

Good thing to remember is /nvm will cancel a partial so you don't have to say something stupid to do something else.
